Blades and aperture disks for meat grinders

High quality KT band saw and carcass blades: We manufacture various band saw and carcass blades for the food and meat industries. Blade widths vary between 12,5 mm and 25 mm and thicknesses between 0,4 mm and 0,8 mm. Blade length is according to customer's own specifications.

BLADES FOR MEAT GRINDERS: We produce blades and aperture disks for meat grinders in the sizes Enterprise LM5-LM42 and Unger LM82-LM300. The aperture disks are manufactured from specially forged stainless tool steel. The choice of aperture disk diameter is 2 mm - 30 mm. The blades are forged, with stellite welded on. This combination produces an extremly long-lasting and maintenance-free series of blades for meat grinders, which will last for several years even in continuous and strenuous use.
